When the brake line is released, the plastic simple rivet releases the positioning block, and the positioning block and the roof are taken out together; Remove the positioning block from the ceiling Install the ceiling on the positioning block, and the ceiling can be installed or detached as a whole with the clamped or detached positioning block. The installation positioning is accurate, avoiding product damage or deformation, improving the efficiency of ceiling installation, and reducing installation difficulty.
Material used: PA66, 1. It has excellent wear resistance, self-lubricating properties, and high mechanical strength. But it has high water absorption, so its dimensional stability is poor 2. PA66 can maintain strong strength and stiffness even at higher temperatures. PA66 still has moisture absorption after molding, which mainly depends on the composition of the material, wall thickness, and environmental conditions.
