sealing riveting

Special riveting
High riveting power and simple operation; Ability to adapt to special structural requirements; The rivet structure is relatively complex, the production cost is high, the application planning is narrow, and the disadvantage of riveting is not easy to clean. Used for parts with special structural requirements, and can also be used for repairing and cleaning defects.
Interference fit
Long fatigue life, able to seal the nail hole, fundamentally improving the quality of riveting, but requiring high precision of the rivet hole, and strict requirements for the cooperation space between the nail and the hole before riveting. Used for components and parts with high requirements for anti fatigue function or sealing requirements.
Hand riveting method
The tool is simple, easy to operate, and has low power. Sometimes used for small components, pallet nuts, and double-sided countersunk riveting.
